Frequently Asked Questions
When charging DELTA Pro and its extra battery together, you can reach 6500W max charging speeds by combining AC, solar and Smart Generator methods. For DELTA Pro single unit, you can recharge it at standard wall outlets (2900W max), at EV station (3400W max)/Smart Home Panel (3000W max).
It depends on the combined voltage and current of the solar panels you choose. It’s fine as long as the solar panels use MC4 connectors and their combined voltage and current are within 11-150 volts and under 15 amps.
First of all, make sure your DELTA Pro is connected to the EcoFlow App using Internet mode. Secondly, go to the Firmware section in the Setting of the DELTA Pro you’re looking to upgrade. Check for the latest firmware and follow the steps to finish the upgrade.

Great Service with a great product
My unit was personally delivered to me through early evening traffic chaos. Arrived well boxed and with 30% charge. Took just over 2 hours to fully charge through Eishkom power. Set up super simple and is already providing me with back up. Currently set up like a ups. Will probably get some panels to help.with keeping it charged. Very happy.

There was an outage that affected my house and the entire block for a couple of days. Good thing I had recently bought my Ecoflow Delta Pro. What a lifesaver! Energy from sun cut those Energy bills
Who like free energy!I use the power of the sun solar , this system work well for my needs . I use for my work shop, my caravan which copes very well better then my Honda generator no noise just when the fan kicking in, it dose have fast charge or you can set what charge level you require , when i am in my caravan off grid this allsum its like being on mains electricity , so you can use , microwave, kettle, toster etc just about anything you like really The company is very good at helping you if you come across a problem if you in the market i would go with ecoflow works very well and build quality is amazing, just think with the energy price rise who dose not like a bit of free energy back by a allsum company well done ecoflow

Super impressed!
This is my Ecoflow setup (so far…). I’m so glad that the dual power hub finally came in. I also purchased a generator cord to back feed my electrical panel and I can literally power anything in my house (especially my well pump, which requires 240 volts). I also have a whole house automatic propane standby generator and a gasoline portable generator. The beauty of my Ecoflow system is that it provides a third option for power, but also makes the other two options better by allowing me to “store” power during the day and use it at night (two benefits: my fuel [propane or gasoline] will last longer, and it will be silent at night). Next step: get some solar panels…

A life saver and game changer!
I got a Delta Pro with an extra battery. I was skeptical at first but after having to use it while traveling I was surprised. Let me tell you this power bank/solar generator/ backup power source came in clutch using it to power my sewing machine, hot glue gun, LCD tv and computer. The power outlet was not available for my booth. But this magical device powered my devices and still had more than enought power to spare for other devices

It powers my work shed!
I have been using my EcoFlow Delta Pro to power my small work shed. It has no problem powering my air conditioner, mini fridge, table saw, router table, miter saw, drill press, and dust collector. Best Power Station on the market today!
One of the best purchases I’ve ever made! We have an unreasonable amount of power outages in my community and the Ecoflow Delta pro has been a life saver. I recommend every home should have one for emergency purposes, they also come in handy while camping. The one downside is this unit is heavy, but the wheels and telescoping handle help you alot in managing to move it around.

Game Changer
EcoFlow Delta Pro is a Game Changer when it comes to working in the outdoors. Whether its for a Film Project where you need to plug in lights, charge Batteries or for having a little Event in the Park or the Beach. Looking forward to get my Van to transport all of my gear + EcoFlow Delta Pro and do more outdoor events, cause be aware those Beats are crazy heavy, I mean all that power needs to be stored somewhere so it makes sense. Having the wheels and the suitcase pull function are great feature to move the Delta Pro around on the even floors, streets, pathways yet stairs or other uneven terrain is hard to handle and you would need to carry them. All in I feel like i have used it only to a fraction of the endless possibilities and freedom Delta Pro can give you. The ability to move around freely and always being able to fire up the most important equipment that is necessary to live your life or to do your work in todays technologically advanced world we are living in is impressive..

Best setup for my van-build
i picked delta pro with an additional battery instead of going DIY route for my van build. i like the compact nature of this thing which works best for my case. i have a 400W panel over my van roof which is hooked to charge the delta pro along with shore power inlet. very soon will be also using my van’s alternator to charge this thing to give more flexibility. given this can also be charged at an EV station its a no brainer for DIY van builds

Awesome Batteries
I have been reading about possible outages coming our way so after doing due diligence I found Ecoflow. I bought one delta pro and liked it so much that I bought another Delta Pro, an extra battery, and two 400-watt solar panels. Can't Beat It!
I have close to a full set of everything I’ll need to get through an outage and powered camping. I can’t be happier with the EcoFlow I’ve purchased: River Pro with extra battery, four 160W solar panels, recently a Delta Pro, (shown with my compound miter saw plugged in), Smart Generator, and the latest, a 220W bi-facial solar panel. Close to being off grid capable long-term. All my gear has worked perfectly, though haven’t had many opportunities to use it all together. Everything is well engineered with an aesthetic eye toward industrial design. My Delta Pro powers corded tools perfectly and is handy for recharging my battery powered portable tools as well. Gamechanger for camping
The EcoFlow Delta Pro has been a gamechanger for us with our love to dry camp (and some of the campgrounds we prefer do not have hookups). With the solar panel you can purchase, you can recharge quite a bit if you have a sunny site and you’ll certainly draw the attention of neighboring campers when you make some microwave popcorn of your AC unit kicks on in the middle of the night when normally gas generators would be required. We have also taken the battery with us to run a portable space heater tent camping or taken it to the baseball field to run a pitching machine so it’s extremely flexible to have one of these for all the times you want real portable power.

Very happy with my DELTO Pro
I use my Delta Pro with computers and hard drives on set ( DIT work ). These systems ( especially the drives ) require flawless power to run. One error can cost me the job. With my laptop system its only pulling around 60 watts, and that will last for almost a week solid. I also have the 160 watt foldable solar panels, and I can run indefinitely with even the smallest amount of sun. At home, it backs up my refrigerator and my security system in case of outage. This is the gold standard for portable power. Can be charged and used at the same time. I also have a River Max, and between the two of them, power is always available! I love these!
